Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service.
PAYMENT
1. The accepted payment methods are PayPal and Ko-Fi.
2. Payment is made in advance, once the commission has been accepted.
3. I do not begin working until I receive payment.
4. Difficult or highly detailed characters may require an increase in the base order price.
REFUNDS
1. A full refund will only be made if work has not been started.USAGE
1. The artist(Geramine)retains the rights to each image produced. Payment is for the creation of a personalized work, not for transfer of rights.
2. The final work may be published the artist (Geramine) on any of her social networks or pages (always indicating that said drawing is a commission)
3. The drawings are for personal or non-profit use only, unless otherwise discussed. The client should not profit from the work done without discussing it in advance and thus reaching an agreement.
